Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or size preference

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund


What Is NOT Considered a Defect

The following are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Slight texture or surface variations

  • Minor color differences due to filament batches or lighting

  • Small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality


Limited & Seasonal Items

Limited edition items, including Dragon of the Month designs, are produced in small quantities and may not be restocked.

If a limited item is damaged in transit and a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.

Once printing or production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Shipping Issues

DnA Printing Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If an issue occurs, we will assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to process after approval.
