Products & Services

All products sold by DnA Printing Shop are physical goods, primarily 3D-printed items.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Minor layer lines, texture variation, or small visual differences are normal

  • Color may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, or screen settings

These variations are not considered defects.

Made-to-Order & Limited Items

Many items are made to order or produced in limited quantities.

  • Production times are estimates and not guarantees

  • Limited or “Dragon of the Month” items may not be restocked

  • Availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing due to system or human error

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, rates, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

DnA Printing Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or size preference

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing

  • Damage caused after delivery

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production has begun.

Once production or printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including:

  • Descriptions

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Written content

is the property of DnA Printing Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Prohibited Use
