Processing & Production Time
All items from DnA Printing Shop are made to order or completed in small batches.
Production time is the same for all shipping options.
Selecting a faster shipping method does not reduce production or processing time.
Typical production time is 1–3 business days, though some larger or limited items may require additional time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times listed below are carrier transit times after shipment and do not include production time.
Economy Shipping — $8.00
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
Carriers used: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver
Standard Shipping — $11.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Carriers used: USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Select
Express Shipping — $19.95
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment
Carriers used: UPS 2nd Day Air or fastest comparable service
Express shipping applies to shipping speed only.
Production time remains the same for all shipping options.
Express shipping may not be available for oversized or specialty items.
Oversized & Specialty Items
Some larger items (such as XL or Ancient dragons) require special packaging and may have different shipping rates or shipping options available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.
Delivery Delays
DnA Printing Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
